Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days from our warehouse in China (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Please note: During peak seasons (such as holidays or new product launches), processing time may be extended to 3–5 business days.

2.Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

We ship to all 50 U.S. states (including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories). Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

Standard Shipping   7–15 business days   $5.99 (Free on orders over $59.99)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with:

  • tracking number

  • direct link to the carrier’s tracking page

Tracking will typically show movement within 2–5 business days after shipment. Some carriers may only update tracking once the package arrives in the U.S.

You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.

4. Shipping Carriers

We primarily partner with:

  • SF Express (for standard and lightweight packages)

Rest assured, all packages are handled with care.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We take great care in packaging your items, but once the package leaves our facility, we rely on the carrier.

  • Lost in transit: If tracking has not updated for 15 business days beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us. We will open an investigation with the carrier and either issue a replacement or refund.

  • Stolen packages: We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery confirmation. We recommend using a secure delivery address (e.g., your workplace or a parcel locker).

  • Delayed packages: International shipping can sometimes experience delays. If your order is significantly delayed, reach out to us at [info@qootoy.com] and we’ll help track it down.

6. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you realize you made a mistake, contact us within 1 hour of placing the order and we will do our best to update it. Once shipped, we cannot change the address.

7. Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure the fastest delivery. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.

8. Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility.

But there's some good news!For orders shipped to the United States, import duties typically do not apply as long as the total order value is under $800 USD.

This is due to the U.S. de minimis threshold — packages valued at $800 or less generally enter the U.S. duty-free.

  • ✅ Orders under $800: No additional customs fees or import taxes. You pay only what you see at checkout.

  • ⚠️ Orders over $800: May be subject to import duties. If applicable, the carrier will contact you to pay any fees before delivery. We are not responsible for these fees.
